How many families did you miss this week?

You have no way of knowing. That is money you never see. We build the site and the AI that answers whoever gets in touch, books the tour.

Private School Review, 2025

Business automation.

Your website should work harder than you do. Five jobs it handles without you — pick one to see it.

The work

The proof, not the promises.

A concept private school, designed and shipped end to end. The same craft goes into every industry we open.

Concept build: a private school

You will probably recognize yourself here.

The school changes families' minds on the tour.

Everything before the tour is a website deciding whether they come at all.

Tour requests go to an admissions inbox.

A parent researching at 10pm should be able to pick a date, not send an email.

The same questions arrive in every enquiry.

Fees, class sizes, transport, what the day looks like. The site should answer that first.

Open days are the only door in.

Families deciding in March cannot wait for the November event.

The system

Your school keeps working, even when you don't.

Every step is designed to move the family toward a tour booked.

The grounds, the classrooms. Without it the family books the other school's open day and you never know.

When the next tour runs, what the fees are. It answers, books the tour in, and emails the ones who go quiet.

They ask about fees and go silent. It emails them back, so they do not tour another school first.

The tour is confirmed and a reminder goes out the evening before, so fewer families fail to show.

A bursary, a special need, a mid-year move: it comes to you, flagged. One inbox for every channel.

Hosting, edits, and someone who answers. A monthly note on what got booked and where it came from.

How it works

From first call to live sitein 3 steps.

Call

Fifteen minutes. We build a version of your site first, then take a booking on it while you watch.

Built before we speak

Build

7 to 14 days. We build the site, wire up the booking, and train the AI on what you answer twenty times a week.

You go live and stay supported. The monthly note tells you what is working.

You own all of it

Common questions

The questions every owner asks

Who owns the website?

You do. The domain and every photo and word on it stay yours. If we ever part ways, you keep everything.

Can families book a tour themselves?

Yes. The site offers your real tour availability and takes the booking against it, so admissions stops arranging every visit by email.

Is it careful about photographs of children?

Yes. We use only images you have consent for, and we ask which ones those are before anything goes on the page rather than after.

How long does it take?

7 to 14 days from the call to launch, as long as photos and your admissions details arrive on time. Agencies typically quote four to twelve weeks.

What do I actually have to do?

One phone call, photos and your admissions details, and a yes or no at two design reviews. We handle the rest.

Most of my enquiries still come by phone. Does that change?

No. Your number stays on the site exactly as it is, and you keep taking your calls. The AI answers the messages: WhatsApp, email and web chat. It handles the usual questions about fees, places, and tour dates, and books straight into your calendar.

Next step

Bring your school. Fifteen minutes is enough.
