How many stays did you miss this week?

You have no way of knowing. That is money you never see. We build the site and the AI that answers whoever gets in touch, books the stay and takes the deposit.

Business automation.

Your website should work harder than you do. Six jobs it handles without you — pick one to see it.

The work

The proof, not the promises.

A concept pet resort, designed and shipped end to end. The same craft goes into every industry we open.

Concept build: a pet resort

You will probably recognize yourself here.

Owners are nervous and the website does nothing to settle them.

They are leaving family with a stranger. Show them the room and the people.

Every booking starts with a phone call during working hours.

The owner planning a trip at 9pm books wherever they can just do it.

Holidays sell out and February is dead.

The quiet months are exactly what the website should be filling.

The same questions arrive every day.

What vaccinations you need, whether you take cats, what a day looks like.

The system

Your resort keeps working, even when you don't.

Every step is designed to move the pet owner toward a stay booked.

The runs, the yard. Without it they board somewhere they have seen inside and you never know.

Whether you have space that week, what vaccinations you need. It answers, books the booking in, and emails the ones who go quiet.

They ask about a week in August and go silent. It emails them back, so a maybe does not board elsewhere.

A deposit holds the stay and a reminder goes out before drop-off, so fewer kennels sit empty.

A medical need, a nervous dog: it comes to you, flagged. One inbox for every channel, on your phone.

Hosting, edits, and someone who answers. A monthly note on what got booked and where it came from.

How it works

From first call to live sitein 3 steps.

Call

Fifteen minutes. We build a version of your site first, then take a booking on it while you watch.

Built before we speak

Build

7 to 14 days. We build the site, wire up the booking, and train the AI on what you answer twenty times a week.

Common questions

The questions every owner asks

Who owns the website?

You do. The domain and every photo and word on it stay yours. If we ever part ways, you keep everything.

Can it collect vaccination records at booking?

Yes. The booking flow asks for what you require up front, so an owner arrives ready instead of being turned away at the door.

Can it take a deposit for holiday weeks?

Yes, if you want it to. Say the word and the booking takes a deposit as it is made, so your busiest weeks stop being held on a promise. Say otherwise and the booking works as it does now.

How long does it take?

7 to 14 days from the call to launch, as long as photos and your list of services arrive on time. Agencies typically quote four to twelve weeks.

What do I actually have to do?

One phone call, photos and your list of services, and a yes or no at two design reviews. We handle the rest.

Most of my enquiries still come by phone. Does that change?

No. Your number stays on the site exactly as it is, and you keep taking your calls. The AI answers the messages: WhatsApp, email and web chat. It handles the usual questions about space, requirements, and pricing, and books straight into your calendar.

Next step

Bring your resort. Fifteen minutes is enough.
