How many patients did you miss this week?

You have no way of knowing. That is money you never see. We build the site and the AI that answers whoever gets in touch, books the appointment and takes the deposit.

Business automation.

Your website should work harder than you do. Six jobs it handles without you — pick one to see it.

The work

The proof, not the promises.

A concept dental studio, designed and shipped end to end. The same craft goes into every industry we open.

Concept build: a dental studio

You will probably recognize yourself here.

The studio is modern. The website is from 2015.

A new patient judges the practice on the site before they judge the chair.

New patients have to ring during working hours.

Someone deciding at 9pm books whichever practice lets them finish the thought.

Reception answers the same questions all day.

What it costs, whether you take their plan, how soon you can see them.

Cancellations leave holes nobody fills.

An empty chair at 2pm is revenue the website should have replaced.

The system

Your practice keeps working, even when you don't.

Every step is designed to move the patient toward an appointment booked.

The room, the light. Without it they pick the practice that showed them and you never know.

Whether you are taking new patients, what a check-up costs. It answers, books the appointment in, and emails the ones who go quiet.

They ask what whitening costs and go silent. It emails them back, so a maybe does not die in the inbox.

A deposit can hold the chair and a reminder goes out the evening before, so fewer slots sit empty.

A chipped tooth, a quote for veneers: it comes to you, flagged. One inbox for every channel.

Hosting, edits, and someone who answers. A monthly note on what got booked and where it came from.

How it works

From first call to live sitein 3 steps.

Call

Fifteen minutes. We build a version of your site first, then take a booking on it while you watch.

Built before we speak

Build

7 to 14 days. We build the site, wire up the booking, and train the AI on what you answer twenty times a week.

Photos and treatments

Launch

You go live and stay supported. The monthly note tells you what is working.

You own all of it

Common questions

The questions every owner asks

Who owns the website?

You do. The domain and every photo and word on it stay yours. If we ever part ways, you keep everything.

Can new patients book themselves in?

Yes. The site takes the booking against your real availability, so a new patient can finish the decision at the moment they make it instead of waiting for opening hours.

What about patient data?

Booking collects only what is needed to hold an appointment, and anything clinical stays in the systems you already use. If the intake itself needs to be covered under HIPAA we scope that on the call rather than assume it.

How long does it take?

7 to 14 days from the call to launch, as long as photos and your list of treatments arrive on time. Agencies typically quote four to twelve weeks.

What do I actually have to do?

One phone call, photos and your list of treatments, and a yes or no at two design reviews. We handle the rest.

Most of my enquiries still come by phone. Does that change?

No. Your number stays on the site exactly as it is, and you keep taking your calls. The AI answers the messages: WhatsApp, email and web chat. It handles the usual questions about availability, pricing, and plans, and books straight into your calendar.

Next step

Bring your practice. Fifteen minutes is enough.
